Magnetic Stacking
& Destacking Conveyors
Magnetic stacking and destacking conveyors are used for automating sheet handling in blanking lines, stamping lines or any application requiring an automated way of handling sheet of ferrous metal. They are available with permanent and/or electromagnet rail. The electro-rail allows a precise timing of picking up or dropping blanks, while the permanent magnetic rail maintains a positive placement and movement of the blank without the expense or power requirements of the electro-rail.
There are many variables in designing the transfer conveyor including the size and thickness of the blank, and the length and speed of the transfer. Please call the factory for help with your application.

Magnetic Skate Rail
Magnetic Skate rail is used inline with magnetic transfer conveyors in stacking and destacking or press feeding. The transfer conveyor provides the movement of the sheet and the main holding power while the skate rail helps control the blank and provides a more cost effective for holding the blank. It is used on the outside edges of the blank. The magnets hold the blank up to a series of rollers, which allows it to easily move while preventing the sheet from bending, flexing or moving out of position.

The Low Profile conveyor features an ultra-low-profile originally designed for the metal stamping industry. This compact design allows for installations in confined locations and provides added accessibility for workers in assembly, packaging, labeling, and other operations. |

Our standard sizes range from 2 to 12 inches in width and 18 inches to 12 feet in length. Drive packages are available in five sizes from 25 to 90 watt and either fixed or variable speed gear motors. Belt options are available in a variety of materials to suit most any application. |
